3-Alarm fire in Maywood, 8-17-16

Here are a few shots from this morning’s fire at 304 S 5th Ave. in Maywood. They had heavy fire upon arrival in the rear of this large frame house, by the time I got there companies were having a lot of difficulty chasing the fire in the void spaces up on the second floor and in the attic. I’ll have more images on my site.

  I assume you meant picture 2 (and/or 4.) Melrose Park truck 705 in pic #2 is a 2004 E-One/Bronto Skylift. Maywood truck 502 in pic #4 is a 1997 Spartan/Darley/Nova Quintech 200/200/100-foot straight stick.
