I believe that the rig is really a pumper/squad combination which probably why it is called Rescue 1. I haven’t seen such an impressive looking rig since Prospect Heights’ now retired “Squadzilla” Pierce pumper/squad was in service.

Rather long for a pumper but sharp looking just the same.
Smart thinking in saving money by just going with steel wheels then adding wheel covers later or at least appears what they did here.
