The Mokena foam carrier was a former ambulance that the box was replaced with the flatbed and foam equipment.
Manhattan also has a foam unit that has a foam tank mounted on a chassis that was a tanker previously

That MP rig (546) has foam in totes as well as large wheeled dry chemical extinguishers and other equipment and large diameter hose in the rear.
