Well, it all depends on the department. Some departments buy from one builder for many years if they have a good relationship with them and the builder goes the extra steps to please them thru good support and service low bid or not. Some buy from whomever is the lowest cost and then complain that the rigs are lousy. Milwaukee has been buying PIERCE exclusively for many years now and from all reports, they love them. But that could change some year so who knows.

They had a mix of stuff and then ended up all Pierce then got a Ferrara engine and a crimson ladder, and now back to pierce for the engine. Just interesting.
