The Quantum engine is Pleasant Prairie WI they have at least 2 Quantum Pumper Tankers

The better departments in our area can have a tank setup and supplying water before the on board tanks are empty in their first in engines. Usually an attack engine uses their 1,000 gallons, then the supply engine from the dump site will send their 1,000 gallons. Obviously it doesn’t always go this well, but many times it does.

How much extra time does it add for fire crews to set up their pumping when hydrants aren’t available?
