The former Berwyn Fire Department ladder truck (1997 Seagrave 1750/300/100′) has been sold to Essex Fire Department, MA

Essex, MA- the bid for a used ladder has been awarded to New England Fire Equipment and Apparatus of North Haven CT for a 1997 Seagrave 1750/300/100′. The truck had previously served Berwyn, IL. Delivery will take place after some custom work is completed.

North Palos FPD is added to the site

North Palos Fire Protection District patchIn MABAS Division 21, the North Palos Fire Protection District has been added to the site. The district runs out of three stations, one of which is the former Worth Fire Department which became part of the North Palos district in January of 2009. The Worth personnel, station and apparatus were merged into or became part of the North Palos Fire Protection District.
