The new E8 is out for a maintenance issue. It will go front line again when it returns. The old E8 will go into reserve status.

That is actually the “old” engine 8, the 2009 Pierce. The new engine 8 was posted here about 1-2 months ago. When will it go into service? And what pieces will be kept, discarded, & re-assignments of apparatus?
