My information is correct. Current ambulance 51 is in good shape, but 54 isn’t and neither is the current spare. 51 and 52 will get the new ambulances. Current 51 will be handed down to 54 as 54 does considerably fewer runs. 54 and the current spare will be sold. Current 52 will be the new spare.
The old spare tower ladder will be sent to auction soon, they’ve had a lot of trouble finding a buyer.
There are currently no plans to replace engine 54, not in this budget year at least. It’s not very busy and is in pretty good shape considering its age. I’d think the need to replace engine 51 or 52 will push the next engine purchase. Likely whoever gets the new rig first will hand their old engine down to 54.

Ambulance 51 and 52 are getting these new Ambulances because they need them. Either the current A51 or 52 will be the new Ambulance 54 and the Ambulance 54 currently and that old reserve should be going bye bye and they will put either the current A51 or A52 has reserve.

They are entirely new rigs. Current ambulance 51 will be handed down to ambulance 54. Current ambulance 52 will be the spare. Current ambulance 54 and the current spare ambulance will both be sold.

I just saw Ambulance 54 the other day, and it looks like that one should be replaced.
Are both the existing A51 & A52 going reserve? or just one of them?
