Just a short video to show the wind conditions faced by the Harvey Fire Department on October 24, 2015. Most efforts were spent successfully protecting occupied exposures. Clearly I am not a professional videographer. I know the white balance is incorrect and that the video shakes from time to time.

Also, before anyone comments on why Dolton’s tower is not being used, I believe they had water issues. Harvey had their tower set up off 154th and they did have it in use with Markham feeding from a block away down 154th. Harvey had an engine set up more than a block away to the North in order to feed Dolton but I don’t think that ever actually took place.
