Hello Josh and others, Yes, we received a Ferrara Rescue Pumper in 2010 which replaced a 1981 Pierce. I am pleased to announce that Tuesday night 02-12-2013 our Board of Trustees approved the purchase of another Ferrara Rescue Pumper.
2013 Ferrara Igniter XLFD Custom Cab with 16″ Raised Roof
Hale 1500GPM Single Stage Pump
1000 Gallon Poly Tank
Delivery is expected within 300 days. This will give us two engines with 1000 gallons each.
Chris, we have extensive automatic aid coming into Glen Ellyn-Countryside including Bloomingdale Engine 3 (3000 Gallons), Roselle Tender (2500 Gallons), and Winfield Tender 31 (2500 Gallons) on any reported structure.
