Commercial fire in Blue Island 7-28-12

Dennis McGuire, Jr. submitted the following:

3500 W. 127th St., Blue Island today – 2 sty warehouse 200×200 – Fire was thru the roof when crews pulled up with a big header in the sky. It turned out to be a small fire in the ventilation system of a paint booth.

  The second station is still there. I could not find it either because the bridge just before you hit the station is closed.

  Question, does Blue Island have two fire stations. I was on the south side today and drove past their Station on Vermont st and all they had in there was an engine and two ambos. I know they have a second HME engine along with a tower. If anybody can help that would be great
