I was always more of a fan of GM but they don’t prove to be much better than the Fords either. So many of the electronics are made in China now. The quality is not what it used to be in most vehicle brands.

Yes this is an EXPEDITION. The EXPEDITION and it’s LINCOLN twin the NAVIGATOR have had this fire recall. The EXPLORER has had more problems and recalls than I have time on here. Just ask any cop and they’ll likely not say too many good things about them since they are believe it or not the most popular police car.

According to Ford the vehicles that are affected by the recall are the Escape, Mavirick and a Lincoln that I have never heard of. This looks like a Explorer.

Hopefully it won’t catch on fire. Those things had a recall about suddenly bursting into flames and telling everybody not to park them inside or even to close to buildings. FORD has had many quality problems over the last several years now.
