I’m not sure but I think RPI could have done both rehash they were out of Indiana I believe.They did quite a few rehabs in the suburbs They are still in business in Tipton Indiana their name is Renewed Performance Inc

It’s actually a rebuild of a 1971 American Lafrance (1000 Series), rebuilt in 1996 and again in 2005.

Nice shot. I would guess in regards to the vintage being mid 1990’s to early 2000’s.
