Chicago Fire Department Engine 2 (more)

We were hired to install lettering and graphics on CFD’s Fireboat Christopher Wheatley. The boat went through an extensive rehab internally as well as the exterior. All the graphics and lettering were recreations matching the original. It is still a cool project and we are honored to be part of the Christopher D. Wheatley Memorial Foundation

  Its only about 10 years old, the paint didn’t hold up too well originally.

  I’ve never had much of an interest in boats or ships but this thing really looks nice. It could pass for brand new.
  When was it built?
