The Man or anyone else who is familiar with Glenview Operations. Do you mean to say that Glenview is still running Ambulance 8 part time? I had thought that they had been restored to being a 24 hour unit after the worst of the recession had past about a year or two ago.

The “old” A7 will run front line as A8 from 7a-7pm

The current A-7 (the “old” soon-to-be reserve unit) I believe is only 2 years old, a 2015?

This new one has a liquid ride suspension. The current A7 will go to A8 and A8 will go to reserve.

I agree, Eye candy! Glenview does have the sharpest looking rigs in the Chicago area, Schaumburg is the other suburb that also has sharp looking rigs!

WOW! Eye candy! Confirming what I’ve been saying for a looong time: Glenview has by far the nicest rigs around–lighting & paint scheme. Right, Milton? 🙂
So what’s going to happen with current/reserve apparatus within the department??
