The design looks really similar to Bolingbrooks ambulance design.(granted their design of red stripe on white body is pretty common. I also think that the black outline of the stripe and the word font make it look similar.)

It’ll be interesting to see what happens after about 2020 since that’s when FORD is going to stop building that E SERIES chassis.
Will they have a heavier version of the TRANSIT perhaps 450 or 550 series?
Or will FORD just offer the SUPERDUTY as the sole chassis in the weight class? Time will tell.

It would be nice to see the E series stay and it would be even better if they started putting diesels back in them. The F series ambulances are getting way to big and also driving up the cost. I do wish when the new rigs get posted here that they could post what the cost was too. It would be nice to see what the departments are paying.
