Yes . The van is a former Troy FPD rig. The District Utility at Station #3 pulls the TRT Trailer and the Fireboat. It has a 250 gallon fuel tank on it.

Nice pics John! Is that van formerly from the Troy FFD? Also did Lockport get a new vehicle to pull the TRT trailer?
