  Correct and the delay was on CFD’s end (shops or miscommunication between the two).

  The problem is when CFD placed the squad order with Rosenbauer, Snorkel was still owned and dead with ALF. Had Smeal had the Snorkel rights then I’d put great odds the squad order would have gone to them.

  And Chicago has been waiting for 4 + years for new snorkels. Ours are falling apart. the city that works. . . .
