As of 1PM (Sunday), the Lynwood Fire Department is working a 2nd Alarm for the fully involved house fire at 3039 196th Street. Tim Olk is at the scene and submitted these images from his phone.

  Yes…small line…tank water only.
  Every hydrant on the block was buried and frozen.
  Laid over
  2400ft of 5″ before got water
