Winnetka firefighters were called to 935 Forest Glen early Sunday morning (7/2/17). It appears that there were floors being refinished and a fire was smoldering for several hours prior to being discovered. The fire burned through the floor and compromised the staircase tot he second floor. A Code 4 for the working fire was upgraded to a MABAS Box Alarm.

Units at the scene were Winnetka E28, T28, BN 28, 2801; Wilmette A 27, T27, BN26; Glencoe E30, 3002; Northfield S29, 2900; Highland Park E32; Glenview T14, BN6; Morton Grove S4; Evanston E23; Skokie T18; Lincolnwood E15; Northbrook 1100; and Deerfield E20.
