Congratulations to Chief Tom Heller and the Forest View Fire Department on the recent delivery of their new 2018 Wheeled Coach Type III ambulance. This new unit on a Ford E-450 chassis contains many custom features including all Whelen LED lighting, custom “Coolbar” HVAC system, Stryker Power Load, Power Cot, EQ2B siren, airhorn system, and custom gear compartment to house firefighting gear and SCBAs. This beautiful unit is a welcome addition to their fleet. We appreciate the business and want to welcome them to the Fire Service Family.

Congratulations and a big Thank You to Chief Ron Kleinhaus and the members of the Evergreen Park, IL Fire Department on their delivery of a new 2019 Wheeled Coach Type III Ambulance. This new vehicle is the third ambulance for this busy SW Chicagoland department. This 2019 unit features a Ford E450 gas chassis, custom Coolbar HVAC System, all LED emergency and scene lighting, custom interior cabinetry, locking drug drawer, LED interior dome lighting, and a custom firefighting gear compartment. This new unit is an exact copy of their previous two ambulances and maintains consistency throughout their all Wheeled Coach fleet. As Always, we appreciate the continued business from this long time Fire Service Inc. customer. Fire Service, Inc. congratulates the Melrose Park Fire Department (IL) on the delivery of their 4th Wheeled Coach Type III ambulance. This unit’s custom ALS cabinet, Duralite CN 10 compliant interior cabinets, and Per4Max restraints are key elements to the performance and durability that Melrose Park depends on. Whelen M-series warning and interior domes and the new under ride bumper assembly compliment this unit well. Melrose Park will provide the final touch with graphics and it will soon begin servicing the City of Melrose Park for many years to come. Congratulations to Chief Kory Ryan, and EMSC Josh Hintz and the Leyden Fire Protection District, IL on taking delivery of their new 2018 Wheeled Coach Type III ambulance. This is their second Wheeled Coach Type III. Leyden has duplicated the previous based upon the last 5 years of durability the Wheeled Coach has provided them.
This unit has the Cool Bar HVAC system, Whelen LED warning and interior lighting and interior accommodations designed for their operational efficiency.

Congratulations to Chief Mc Mahon and the Central Stickney Fire Protection District on the delivery today of their new 2017 Wheeled Coach Ford Type III ambulance! Featuring an aluminum ALS cabinet, Cool Bar HVAC system, Whelen M series warning lights and a Stryker Power Pro cot with the Performance Load System. This unit was built within 60 days of their confirmed order! This is the second Wheeled Coach for Central Stickney, and we are thrilled they remain part of the Fire Service, Inc. family.
