1/5/2021, approx 09:00hrs. 31-154th Place. Lauer’s Tap 20×60 1-sty ordinary. Original dispatch for a smoke investigation, 1101 arrived and found heavy smoke showing. Eng 11 attempted to take a line in the front door, but deteriorating conditions and a soft floor prevented any progress. Lines pulled out, defensive operations initiated. 4 lines plus SH T-43 master stream worked the fire.
