The four on-field fire stations at O’Hare Airport have been updated on the site. There are now photos of all four houses as well as several apparatus updates as mentioned in a previous post HERE. Images of ambulance 16 and ARFF 6-5-9 are still unaccounted for but will be updated later in the summer as new rigs are put into service for both Ambulances 16 and 59.
Rescue 2 which is currently located northwest of United Terminal 1 is slated for demolition and relocation due to the O'Hare modernization and expansion.
O'Hare Rescue Station 3 is the only airport house that is not on the field and is accessible to anyone. It is also the Third District Headquarters.
