2013 Ford Expedition Command Vehicle. Replaced a 1998 Ford Econoline Van which has been reassigned as Utility 36 and also serves as a back-up (reserve) command vehicle.

New battalion car for Lockport

Lockport Lt. John Matthews updated the site with a photo of the new Ford Expedition for the Lockport Township Battalion Chief running out of Lockport Station 6. It replaces a 2005 GMC Yukon with 120,000 miles.

CFD units on-scene with burn victim

Dan McInerney submitted these rig shots from an incident at 4404 W. Roosevelt. The facility is some type of recycling center. Engine 38 went for an ambulance assist and found they had a burn victim, which required the response of a battalion chief (Bn13). The Office of Fire Investigation (OFI) followed-up with the patient at the hospital.
