John C Kluczynski Federal Building,  230 South Dearborn Street, Chicago, IL.

Around 2:30 – Ambulance 32, Truck 1, and Battalion Chief 1 were first on scene.
HIT 5-1-1 and 5-1-11 arrived about 5 minutes later. I’m not sure what engine company is using D532 but this engine arrived 5 minutes after and left shortly after.

CFD Haz Mat Support Unit

The site listing for Chicago Engine 22’s house has been missing an image of 5-1-11. Hank Sajovic submitted an image of this unit.

Chicago Fire Department Hazardous Incident Team Haz Mat Unit

CFD unit 5-1-11 is attached to the Hazardous Incident Team (HIT). It is quartered with Engine 22 and 5-1-1. This unit carries Shop Id#G-569 and is a 2007 Ford F-650 with a Supreme Truck Body. Hank Sajovic photo
