Engine 122’s rig was involved in an accident and was repaired right before they got their new rig. Fleet wants to have good spare rigs, so they’re keeping it as a spare, along with Engine 82’s 2002 Crimson.
Rumor has it that 23’s ALF will be rebuilt into a spare squad rig. That was put on hold though because of the budget and I havent seen it on the street as a spare.

any reason 122’s 2002 wasn’t reassigned also 23’s ALF and 82’s 2002 all went to spare pool

Engine 50 Received Apparatus D-550 “Ex” Engine 89 on 5-3-10.Engine 50 became an A.L.S. Engine on 5/6/10.
The HME D-563 does not have enough room for the EMS equipment. There are 2 more engines on order I’m thinking Engine 50 will get one of them.
