  The current E-One Truck 52 will become the reserve truck. The current reserve E-One Hush would then be sold.

  I don’t have any data to present, and I am not a FF, but the squad seems to get a lot of runs. It is perhaps the busist single unit in all of Schaumburg. Most ambulance calls in the city dispatch with an ambulance and engine, but station 55 has the squad alone, so they take every ems run in their district. Additionaly, they are dispatched to every confirmed fire in the whole city, and also take runs for special things such as haz mat events. Squad 55 has pumping equipment, so it can function like an engine company too.

  Tyler—I appreciate your enthusiam for the job…but please stop saying “we” when talking about Schaumburg if you’re not on the department. Nothing against you personally, but it makes it sound as though that is being said from a member of the department.

  Mkkkk- Yes We have 4 Guys on Squad 55 & Squad 55A Is a MABAS 1 Truck, 2 People from the squad will man 55A If they need it

  Wow, Schaumburg is getting a lot of new stuff this year. If Tyler doesn’t beat me to it, I’ll try and get some pictures of the new vehicles when they are in placed in service.
