Nice looking Horton with its signature green interior! Interesting that the rear windows were open upon arrival and remained that way as it pulled away. Fortunately this was a simulated event.

I am guessing they were volunteer before the paid on call model. What number did the kid dial? It did not look like 911? I am guessing 911 came later.

Very coo! A real blast from the past…. Nice old E-one engine and F chassis rescue, they have been an E-one dept for a long time. Interesting how the fire service used to mount so much equipment on the outside of the rig. This also may have been Northfield’s last extrication….
