  Didn’t they just take delivery of a Stuphen for engine 69? I am guessing this will be engine 68? They only have a jump company at 68. Unless they are going to go between the medic and the engine and go to the tanker only when needed. The current engine 68 is 20 years old and the current tanker is almost 30.

  It would make sense for someone with a fleet of aged vehicles to buy stock units to fill the void. But as we all know. No one will cut the check.

  Last time that I looked at the Alexis web site they have a number of stock apparatus. If they fit the way depts. operate go for it.Beats waiting 2+years
