It was sold by DGFD in 2014 after being a reserve engine for 7. It was replaced by the 2007 Pierce. Brindlee Mountain resold it to Pleasant Groves Volunteer Fire Department in Woodville Alabama. It looks like it had minimal use there as it only has 2k miles put on it since it was sold by DGFD

From Oak Forest Fire Facebook page;
PSA: Orland Fire Protection District, IL was generous enough to help our aging fleet out of another jam. Our front-line fire engine that responds out of station 39 is out of service for repairs. Our reserve/backup engine (that would normally go in service in its place) is also still out of service. So again, please don’t be confused to see an Orland fire engine showing up to an emergency call with our Oak Forest members on it.
