I’m with John on this. They look good and were very comfortable to drive. The big windshield was great. They have come a long way from the old Hendrickson cabs.

I like the style of this HME Engine. I reminds me of the old Mack MC chassis from the 1980’s. The difference is the Mack had an open seating area for the firefighters. Just saying.

I would concur. However, one could also argue that non apparatus fans wouldn’t care just so long as it functions. You want true ugly look no further than the original QUANTUM.

In my opinion, HME has never made a good looking cab, but I always felt their quality was pretty decent. I bet HME would sell a lot more rigs if they made the appearance more appealing.
