  I was wondering if the former Reserve Engine 23 (which was the 1999 Suthphen) sold and is the new Reserve Engine the 2006 Spartan /Crimson that was the previous Engine 23? This is something New for the Wheeling FD in terms of apparatus if you consider that until around 2000 their Engines and Trucks were almost exclusively Sutphens.
