Might be wrong, looks like the old squad from Avon Indiana.

This rig served as Rescue 141 in Avon Indiana, a suburb to the west of Indianapolis. It was a rescue but then moved to a Haz-Mat response for Hendricks County. Avon also purchased a truck from an Illinois Dept that is no longer in service. It was replaced by an E-One demo engine. A link is included.

That looks great for being 19. No doubt close to state of the art inside too.

I wonder which station this will be assigned to. Station 13 is pretty full with apparatus. Since they bought it used, I am guessing they are not planning on using it on a daily basis. My guess is this will be a Special Operations Squad. They will only use it for Dive, HazMat and Technical Rescue. Also since it has a command desk, and a light tower, maybe any long duration incidents as well.
