Is this particular station the one that was built to replace the “log cabin” station that was destroyed by a fire?

Does anyone know if they are getting a new Pumper-Tanker or has the plan since they got the new Pierce to sell this unit? Very low miles for such an old unit. My guess is it only went out on certain types of calls.
