Very rare for an Illinois Department to take a pass, at least in the Chicago metro area, south of I 80 they might due to more volunteer/poc departments

I would imagine they would but probably not for the reason just to be turds about the whole thing. More likely if they don’t have have enough manpower or units committed to an assignment.

I am just curious. Do fire departments in the MABAS in Illinois often refuse assignments when there is a box alarm or higher like they do in Wisconsin?
