In a recent edition of the Daily Southtown I found in the bid notice section the following from the Village of Alsip. A bid for a replacement ambulance and a bid for a mini-squad emergency vehicle. Looks like Alsip is returning to having a mini-squad run with their ambulance. It recalls the 1980’s and 90’s. Here are a couple of squads that started life in Alsip.
