Mike, you may be thinking Lockport for the Seagrave Engines. We have been Pierce since 2006 not counting the Smeal Snorkel Squad.

Didn’t they get a Seagrave engine for engine 2 within the last year or two? I thought they had another Seagrave engine on order?

This department is stupid. The up management should be FIRED. They brought a tower and sold it. Brought a snorkel and it was a junk. Now they want a new truck. They spend money like water.

Something tell me they will disqualify Rosenbauer for failure to meet spec just so they can get a Pierce.
What exactly is this for? Looks like pricing for a rear-mount tower. I’m quite surprised E-1 was one hundred thousand dollars higher.

Something tells me they will regret spending about spending $1 million.
When tax receipts plummet, they may have to lay off firefighters and others to pay for the truck.
