  Has been one year and ten days since PH extra alarm fire. Residents on sole surviving building moved in almost one year after the fire. Three other buildings are halfway framed. All will be sprinklered and alarmed.

  Mansard roofs are tough for fire departments. Recent fires include 2 in Roberts Park and 1 in Prospect Heights.
