Following the retirement of Buffalo Grove BC Brian Barna, the Buffalo Grove FD promoted Lieutenant Ronald Two Bulls to the rank of battalion chief and Firefighter Alfredo Caballero to the rank of lieutenant at the village board meeting Monday, May 6, 2019.
