I believe Engine 3 is from Ludlow FPD, which is between Paxton and Rantoul, just off I-57.

Mabas 21, the Tinley Snorkel is gone unfortunately. The last few rigs that were placed OOS at IFSI were scrapped out. I tried to get my hands on the last Darley Spartan engine that was in good shape except for the pump but before I could go through the lengthy procurement process it went to local scrap.

Thanks for posting Steve! I like the new IFSI graphics. Quite the collection of former southwest Chicagoland apparatus there! North Palos squad, North Palos/Worth engine & ambo, Tri-State engine, Westmont truck and Frankfort engine. Also Decatur truck. Does IFSI still have the former Tinley Park Snorkel? What does IFSI do with the old apparatus that they’re replacing? Does it go to scrap or collectors?
