Hi Mike, I used to work at PHFD and at Station 9 for awhile. The bay area was decent sized enough to house all the vehicles you were asking about. It used to be the squad and tender were in the same bay, the truck and reserve ambulance were in the middle, and the frontline ambulance and battalion van were in the closest towards the firehouse. When we got Engine 9 that took the place of Squad 9 and the squad was moved in between the frontline ambulance and batt van. I don’t know how it is now, I haven’t been there in awhile.

How many rigs are there at Station 9? It looks like there is a truck, engine, ambulance, squad, tanker, command unit and reserve ambulance. Station 9 does not look very big, how are they able to fit all those rigs into station 9?

Nice photos Larry! It turned out really nice! Love the fact that it is labeled Tanker instead of Tender!
