This from Steve Redick:
Had a great day Saturday attending the annual Fire Buffs of Illinois/ 5-11 Club muster. Attendance seemed down this year and the amount of rigs seemed very low compared to previous years but nonetheless it was a great and fun day. Here is a sampling of some of the “hardware” I was able to see. Great to see the Skokie/Engine 87 Club Mack again this year after a lengthy absence. All the images and video can be seen on my siteSteve

Great photos Steve, especially the colors, the pics look a bit like from the older analog cameras rather than a digital one.

Interesting. Looks like a big motor too. I’m not a boat person but by the time they would attach it to a raft, that would be almost impractical and looks bit heavy.
Just a observation.

Great shots. The outboard motor on the squad caught me by surprise. Do they carry a boat or raft?

Very nice photos! It is nice to see some of the equipment carried on the A units of the squads! Is that a outboard boat motor or do my eyes deceive me?
It also looks like they have a stokes basket, Jaws of life, a supply hose and a Wye on the unit as well.
