Looks like a waste of money should have bought a mini pumper on a f550 chasis

Why is it so short? Not familiar with the area, do they have really tight streets? No space in the bay?

With the exception of a physical space limitation at the station, what’s the advantage of a department buying a short-wheelbase engine? Within reason, seems like there’s only benefit to having the ‘extra’ space of a traditionally sized engine.

Third picture down, look above the rear roll up door and there is a stainless steel door. That’s through the tank ladder storage. Usually an extension, roof, attic, and pike poles. Unless they specifically spec’d that for another use but more than likely it’s ladders.

No ground ladder at all. Not sure that’s a great idea. Hate to be first due with people trapped on a second floor and no way to help
