You must understand the issues. The public doesn’t give a shit. If they did they would show up at the monthly public board meetings or run as one of the board members.
Nobody cares, nobody wants to run, nobody wants to get involved. So let them do what their going to do and that’s that. When you call 911 for your child turning blue you have 4 minutes. Less then it takes type this comment.
If you really have a problem show up at the board meetings, otherwise your only venting to others who really don’t care either.

They didn’t close one, they changed locations. Willow Springs closed a station.

the taxer payer and Tri-States fire fighter union is softer than baby shit. They closed a fire station where is the outrage !!
