  Tower 34 had another 2002 Pierce Dash 100’ RM tower ladder that carried shop number FDE328. On one fateful day, Tower 34 crashed into a viaduct and destroyed the main.

  Danny, the years you gave are correct. TL 23 and 54 are 2005’s. Even if you didn’t know you could tell by the gap in the shop numbers. Trucks and TLs use the same Exxx so numbers. The two 2002 are 315 and 316. The 2005 are 329 and 330 as there were a number of trucks purchased and numbered between.

  harry 14 37 and 39 are all 2016s i mistyped as well

  and as for as the 2002 pierces rigs.. i submitted a FOIA request to fleet management and they sent me their roster of apparatus and that is the years listed officially by the city

  so how is it possible that tower 14 37 and 39 new eons are 2 2016 and 1 15 when they were all built togather and as for tower 10 14 and 34 pierces from 02 it was in fire apparatus journal back in the day that they were all 2002 pierce for those co

  Chicago’s new TL’s are there more than 2 with this order?? And what are the likely assignments TL5 and TL21??? I m sure someone has the current complete rundown of TL’s make year posted someplace>?
