The engineer on E64 is my dad when he was a 5th District Relief Engineer. Il show him the pics and see if he can provide anymore information.

That thick, black stuff coming out of the windows in sector 4 looks pretty nasty to me. Engine 15 must have been first in and Engine 64 backed down the street.
