Chicago Ambulance 23, one of the city’s new Wheeled Coach units was severely damaged this afternoon in an accident on the northwest side of the city.

Ya know, those new rigs with their circus lighting look like they belong to a private, volunteer ambulance service in Arkansas–NOT like the big, bad rigs that should personify the CFD.

I wonder if it had a push bumper and a larger chassis….how bad would it be….the streets are going to tear em up

That chassis is gonna get totaled. The box looks ok.
