What happened within Franklin Park that closed a station and lowered manning?

engine 1 and e3 got the new engs, then when they closed 3, 1 and 2 both have a new eng. the ladder is at at 2 so in other words e2 is the reserve eng, and 1 old engine is last resort. e1 is frontline so we have 1 frontline engine and truck, 2 ambo and a bc car and 2 eng in reserve

FP Engine #3 was a loaner. River Grove bought the Ex-Schaumburg E-One as a replacement for one of the Pierce’s that had alot of Issues and was sold.

does anyone know if the former engine 3 is permanently with river grove?? and what is going on with the river rigs? I’ve asked this many times and no one seems to know what is going on with the river grove pierces? especially 565. I know that 566 was sold.
thanks in advance to anyone that can answer this for me.
