Attached are some photos of our new Pierce Saber that arrived last Tuesday. Graphics and equipment will be added in the coming weeks as will in – service training. Formal ceremony to welcome the new apparatus will be forthcoming.

Here are two new Markham engines.
Engine 34 (1533) is a 2024 Pierce Saber. 1500/750. Job#39515.Engine 133 (1534) is a 2003 Pierce Dash. 1500/1000. Job#14207. X-New Lenox FPD, ILMarkham also has taken delivery of Lombard’s used Pierce tower ladder. It was recently refurbished and repainted. It will be marked and striped to match their current paint scheme. The goal is to have it in service by the first of the year. It will be Tower Ladder 34.Check out our many updates to our website

The Skokie Fire Department is currently running this 2000 Pierce Saber pumper as Engine 18 while the regular apparatus undergoes repair and refurbishment. This unit, originally from Clayton, NC is a service loaner.
