Downers Grove Tower 102 has been running in a 2002 E-One Hurricane from Phenix City, Alabama for the last couple of days. I was able to get a picture of it at a fire in Lisle. The rig is still labeled for Phenix City and does not have any DGFD markings on it as of now. I have no information regarding the circumstances of why they have it, but I did manage to find the listing for it.

The Downers Grove Fire Dept just completed construction and put in service a new burn/training tower completely funded by the Foreign Fire Tax Fund. No village or department funds were used for this project.
